Customer is responsible  for inspecting the product for shipping damage with in 48 hours from delivery. When installing the glass cover over your license plate, too much force and/or not using the supplied hardware can break or damage the glass. Pressure breaks are not covered and a new unit/replacement glass will need to be purchased. There will be no refunds on installed units or after the "warranty seal" on wiring is broken. All units are inspected and documented for the customer before being shipped. All units are insured for the full value through USPS/UPS.
